Justice of the Peace Garland Potvin arraigned a 21-year-old man Monday in connection with a burglary of a habitation.

Potvin set bail for Trever Donell Williams at $50,000.

Killeen police responded to a burglary of a home in the 1400 block of Bundrant Drive in Killeen.

Upon their arrival the victim and her husband told police they came home and found their bedroom window broken and several items missing, including a jewelry box, numerous DVDs and ball caps.

The victim informed police that Williams had lived at their residence in the past but moved out. The victim also told police that Williams thought they owned him money.

Later that evening, police responded to a suspicious vehicle that was parked between two buildings. When officers arrived, they identified Williams as one of the men in the car and owner of the vehicle.

Williams gave police permission to search the vehicle and officers found the trunk contained DVDs, ball caps and a jewelry box.
