Lampasas County Commissioners approves county’s offer to sell property

LAMPASAS - The Lampasas County Commissioners Court gave the county permission to explore the sale of county property on Monday.

After meeting in an executive session, commissioners made the decision to let county officials explore an offer to sell a single piece of property.

County Judge Wayne L. Boultinghouse said after the meeting that the property was in the 600 block of East Fourth Street, and that it was a piece of land that the county has owned for a long time.

Commissioners also decided to:

Accept a street-cutting permit application on County Road 1020 for a new water service line to a residence.

Table awarding a contract bid for a rolling stock.

Table awarding a contract bid for workman's compensation.
