COPPERAS COVE — Among other agenda items for Tuesday’s meeting, the Copperas Cove City Council will meet in closed session to review any applications for the position of city manager, which was posted on the internet Feb. 9.

The council will also review the fee schedule for other individuals or groups wishing to use the city’s parks and Civic Center at Tuesday’s meeting.

Another vote by the council will establish the Copperas Cove population at 34,272 as of Jan. 1, 2018.

The council will hear presentations about the Copperas Cove Christmas Extravaganza and the 5K Run to the Polar Bear Plunge.

The council workshop begins at 5:30 p.m. The regular meeting starts at 6 p.m. Both meetings take place at the Technology Center, 508 S. 2nd Street.
