Indie Killeen

Indie Killeen organizer Aimee Nesse, left, shows Vicki Walker a piece of jewelry she was selling at her Indie Killeen booth on Sunday, March 19, 2017.

Several hundred attended Sunday’s Indie Killeen event, a pop-up market and food truck market held for residents of Killeen. The theme was St. Patrick’s Day.

Indie Killeen is a “shop-local” event held every two weeks at the Killeen Farmers Market at 717 North Second St.

Vendors come from all over Central Texas to sell their wares and raise money for downtown Killeen.

“It’s safe, it’s family friendly, and it’s fun,” event organizer Aimee Nesse said.
