A motorcycle accident resulted in the death of the motorcyclist early Friday morning.
Copperas Cove police and fire departments responded to a call at approximately 2:08 a.m. in the 200 block of Robert Griffin III Blvd., and saw a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle had struck a concrete curb, according to Sgt. Kevin Miler, CCPD spokesman.
The driver, who was identified as Isiah Williams, 18, was ejected from the motorcycle and pronounced dead by Coryell County Justice of the Peace John Guinn at approximately 4:33 a.m.
It appeared Williams lost control of the motorcycle, causing the accident.
Copperas Cove police continue to investigate the incident, Miller said.
