sad that this happen, yet I agree with the other to post below.
On a good note, I see at lest one officer that is Practicing: Rudra Mudra – treats exhaustion, fatigue and weakness
Rudra Mudra activates Solar plexus and strengthens Chi (Energy, Prana). Rudra Mudra can be practiced for 5 minutes several times a day. It is good for people working too hard and experiencing excessive stress. IT professionals, BPO executives, Doctors, Laborers, Students, Soldiers must practice this mudra. Rudra mudra increases earth element. It cures problems like listlessness, restlessness, heavy heart, butterflies in the stomach and anxiety.
Just combine tip of thumb, index finger and ring finger and say hello to vitality. The other fingers will remain extended.
On a bad note, it informs me that our officers are under lots of stress, and are becoming over worked.
Hmmm, maybe instead of our council wasting money on things the city does not at this time need, maybe it is time to fund our police department to hire more Officers.

I hate to say it but this lady goes down rancier in the wrong direction about 3 feet into the lane and brings traffic to a stop. She crosses on a red lights nearly getting hit. I'm surprised nobody hasn't already hit her. I've tried to talk to her but she knows more than me. If you constantly challenge traffic you are going to get hit.

This person is not a pedestrian. She was in a motorized vehicle on a public roadway. She should have been "sited". Whenever you drive 10th street, you have to avoid people left and right. It's like a life saver game of Frogger
