A power outage disabled the traffic signals at the intersection of W.S. Young Drive and Elms Road on Wednesday.

The outage lasted just under an hour and was caused by a blown fuse in the area, said Karl Green, Oncor area manager.

Green said the blown fuse was routine maintenance and not part of any systemic problems.

The Killeen Police Department used temporary stop signs at the intersection, and drivers were urged to use caution and expect traffic to move slowly.
