Vietnam War veterans recognized

Two local Vietnam veterans, Retired 1st Sgt. Jean Trouchet and retired Sgt. 1st Class Larry Ware, were honored at a pinning ceremony on Friday morning. The ceremony was held at and hosted by Dennis Eakin Kia of Killeen.

Retired 1st Sgt. Eddie Bell presented the two men with commemorative Vietnam War coins and pins, as well as a double-sided certificate honoring them for their service to their country.

Anthony Freeman presented the veterans with a framed copy of their discharge orders, on behalf of Dennis Eakin Kia.
