Man accused of forcing his way into a residence

Coryell County Justice of the Peace John Guinn arraigned Willy Anderson Green on Sunday on a charge of burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit assault. Guinn set his bond at $20,000.

Green is accused of jumping a fence in the 1100 block of 13th Street and forcing his way into a home to attack someone.

Guinn also arraigned the following:

Richard Collin Garner on Sunday on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault with bodily injury by choking. Guinn set his bonds at $35,000. Garner allegedly attacked a woman and pointed a loaded gun at her head.

Evrin Eaddy Harris Jr. on Monday on charges of possession of a controlled substance, more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams, and evading arrest or detention with a motor vehicle. Guinn set his bonds at $20,000. Harris is accused of leading police officers on a 20 to 30 mph chase near Lutheran Church Road and having cocaine.

Erasmo Ramirez on Friday on a charge of abandoning and/or endangering a child. Guinn set his bond at $7,000.
