Man accused of molesting, exposing himself to children

BELTON - A Belton man accused of indecency with three children will face trial.

A Bell County grand jury indicted Johnny Lee Taylor, 42, Wednesday on two charges of indecency with a child by contact and one charge of indecency with a child by exposure.

Taylor's arrest report states that he molested two 12-year-old girls and exposed himself to a 9-year-old girl.

When confronted by the fathers of the victims, he admitted to touching the girls. He told one parent "the devil had got a hold of him," the report states.

Taylor could face up to 20 years in prison on each charge of indecency with a child by contact. The exposure charge carries a possible penalty of 10 years in prison.

Also indicted Wednesday were:

Kevin Miyasaki, 17, and Tiffany Patrice Watkins, 24, both of Killeen, on charges of theft over $1,500. Miyasaki and Watkins are accused of using a child to aid them in stealing $4,000 of glasses frames from an eye clinic.

Raymond James Morris, 52, of Nolanville, on a charge of insurance fraud.

Shawn Lee Doutaz, 30, of Temple, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine 4 grams or more.

Barbara Jean Dears, aka Barbara Jean McKinzie, 31, of Temple, on a charge of possession of cocaine less than 1 gram.

Shawn Middleton, 28, of Temple, on a charge of injury to a child with serious bodily injury.

Anthony Craig Mathis, 46, of Temple, on a charge of sexual assault (repeat offender).

Jessie Karnard Howard, 28, of Temple, on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (repeat offender).

Garon Duane Skelton, 24, of Temple, on a charge of failure to comply with registration requirements.

Gerald James Farese Jr., 54, of Belton, on a charge of aggravated robbery.

Jimmy David Colacinco, 30, of Temple, on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Dyonte Jamar Shell, 25, of Killeen, on a charge of possession with intent to deliver cocaine 4 grams or more (repeat offender).

Gerardo Gonzalez, 28, of Killeen, on a charge of possession with intent to deliver cocaine 4 grams or more.

Sylvester Kendre Brown, 21, of Harker Heights, on a charge of possession with intent to deliver cocaine 4 grams or more.

Sabrina Monique Davenport, 31, of Killeen, on a charge of possession with intent to deliver cocaine 4 grams or more.

Geraldo Ashford-Laquinn Byers, 21, of Killeen, on a charge of possession of cocaine less than 1 gram.

Donovan Lafardray Jacobs, 17, of Killeen, on a charge of burglary of a habitation.

Eric Jaron Gilmore, 20, on a charge of burglary of a habitation.

Jesus Dominguez Diaz, 27, of Killeen, on a charge of burglary of a building.

Marchelo Lamont Pryce, 29, of Killeen, on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by felon.

Anthony Ryan Slaven, 26, of Killeen, on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender.

Derrick Quinton Carter, 30, of Killeen, on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender.

Vevely Steele, 46, of Killeen, on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Marcus Dewayne Braggs, 25, of Killeen, on a charge of assault of a family/household member/strangulation.

Michael Todd Daniel, 27, of Killeen, on a charge of evading arrest with a motor vehicle.

Patricia Rios-Burnett, 41, of Killeen, on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.

Christopher Dean Johnson, 41, of Killeen, on a charge of tampering with a government record (repeat offender).

Jeanett Villaescuza, 29, of Killeen, on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Jennifer Iglesias, 27, of Killeen, on a charge of secure execution of documents by deception.

Antoinette Smith, 24, of Killeen, on a charge of secure execution of documents by deception.

Christine Elaine Brown, 41, of Salado, on a charge of secure execution of documents by deception.

James Otis Finley, 49, of Temple, on a charge of assault of a family/household member enhanced.
