So its illegal to buy it then? Seems to me they are overstepping their bounds. Any other things they wanna make illegal? Freedom of speech? Freedom of Assembly? How long is the government gonna impose on personal liberties?
You all may not see it that way, but this is all only stepping stones. If you were walking down the street with a can of paint or even a paint marker, whos to say that the police wont arrest you or ticket you for carrying it? If you argue, they will arrest you for that too. Just can't win.

"This would allow an officer to file charges on those carrying graffiti equipment,” Wilson said at a Copperas Cove City Council meeting in May.

Graffiti tools include paint, aerosol paint containers, any type of indelible marker, a paint stick or engraving device for glass, metal, concrete, brick or wood, stated the ordinance. Paint sticks include chalk, wax epoxy and any other similar object that can leave visible marks."

Glad I'm not a painter or, for that matter, any type of contractor in that town. Painters, electricians, carpenters, plumbers, and a multitude of other professions are now traveling illegally within the city of Copperas Cove. For that matter, several city owned vehicles are now transporting illegal devices. What a mindless idiotic ordinance. You people ought to be burning up the phone lines of city hall over such mindless drivel. Seems nothing in that town will ever change. Controlled by mindless over reaching bureaucrats with no concept of what their obligations are.
There were already laws against graffiti without outlawing possession of tools used for a multitude of other purposes than illegal activity.
