Bell County Water Control and Improvement District No. 3 officials are asking Nolanville residents to voluntarily conserve water in response to the Stage 1 drought contingency plan recently launched by the Brazos River Authority.

Residents are asked to use outdoor hoses and sprinklers from 6 p.m. to 10 a.m.
