Killeen police are searching for information about a man suspected of being involved in a shooting at a Killeen club.
A man who goes by “V” or “Vic” was reportedly involved in a club shooting on Dec. 15.
“V” is described as being between 5- foot-8 inches and 5-foot-10 inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a gray and white Yankees ball cap, a white tank top and light-colored blue jeans.
He also is known to drive a blue Mercedes and a yellow Dodge Charger.
Officers responded to the 100 block of West Veterans Memorial Boulevard just before 4 a.m. in reference to a fight involving weapons, stated a news release.
Witnesses at the scene told officers “V” caused a disturbance inside the club and was escorted out during which he made threats of shooting someone.
A short time later, the manager came out of the club and “V” was standing in the Veterans Memorial Boulevard roadway, the release stated. When he saw the manager he pulled out a gun and shot at him, the manager took cover and returned fire. “V” then fled the area on foot northbound on Second.
