Another candidate entered the race for a Belton City Council seat.

Frank Minosky, a business services representative for Workforce Solutions of Central Texas, filed paperwork Friday to seek one of four at-large seats up for grabs in the May 11 election.

Those interested in filing can pick up an application at City Hall, 333 Water St., from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. The filing period ends March 1.
