NOLANVILLE  — City Council members continued to discus the upcoming fiscal year budget at their regular meeting Wednesday. Officials proposed dipping into reserves, raising property taxes and slimming the operations budget to continue road and park improvements. The formal budget will be presented to the council July 24.
