The Central Texas College Culinary/Hospitality Arts Club will host a special Mother's Day lunch from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the school's Student Center (Bldg. 106).
The menu includes a choice of a house salad and appetizers: cantaloupe soup or shrimp cocktail along with honey oat rolls. The entrée choices include grilled New York strip steak ($16), stuffed chicken breast ($14) and schnitzel ($10). Each entrée is served with a choice of two side dishes: twice-baked potato, green bean mushroom almandine, steamed vegetable medley, creamy orzo and spaetzle. Dessert includes a choice of strawberry short cake or chocolate cake.
