    Not to take away from the mind-numbing sadness of the story, but Garcia's statement rings so true in a broader sense. I immediately thought of airports and NYC's stop-and-frisk program.

    But back to the story... Seriously? Advertising a party on social media?

    And... someone had to say it: Where were the parents?
