A Temple man working at a local security company was indicted Wednesday on charges of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl.

A Bell County grand jury indicted Gabriel Cummings, 32, on four first-degree counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, all dated May 31. The girl is not related to Cummings.

The arrest affidavit states that Cummings' fiance contacted police after she found a video camera that she didn't recognize inside their apartment. She said she turned the camera on and saw video of Cummings having sex with an underage girl on the video. The video had multiple instances of Cummings sexually assaulting the young girl, the fiance told police.

First Assistant District Attorney Murff Bledsoe said Wednesday that Cummings worked for Eagle Security in Temple.

For each of the four counts, Cummings faces five to 99 years in prison.
