Police: Home filled with cartel guns

UHLAND -- Authorities said a man claiming to be a former Mexican police officer was found with dozens of high-powered guns, tactical gear and 4,000 rounds of ammunition in his rural Texas home.

Federal prosecutors said Marcelino Aguirre allegedly told investigators he was involved with the Zetas cartel and that the weapons were bound for Mexico. I

Investigators said 56 firearms, cocaine and $45,000 in cash were found inside the home.

Aguirre's bond was set at $270,000.
