Two Killeen men idicted on aggravated robbery charge

BELTON A Bell County grand jury Wednesday indicted two Killeen men accused of robbing a pizza delivery person.

Anthony Salvatore Gugino, 21, and Quintin Joseph Carruthers, 20, were indicted on a Dec. 6, 2005, charge of aggravated robbery.

According to the arrest affidavit, the victim was delivering a pizza to a house in the 1600 block of Duncan Avenue in Killeen when Gugino and Carruthers came out of the house holding metal pipes. The men demanded the victim's money, the car and the pizza.

The Pizza Pros employee handed everything over, and the two men got into the car and drove off, court documents state.

The affidavit states that witnesses were located who stated they heard Gugino and Carruthers bragging about a pizza man they robbed.

The grand jury also indicted:

n Michael Dwayne High, 39, of Temple on a Jan. 1 charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

n Melissa Kay Goldsmith, 39, of Temple on a Jan. 1 charge of forgery.

n Richard Arthur Thomas, 36, of Holland on a Nov. 30, 2005, charge of possession of methamphetamine more than 1 gram.

n Janie Perez, 44, of Temple on a Dec. 31, 2005, charge of forgery.

n Lawrence Ockleberry, 60, of Temple on a Feb. 17 charge of two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

n Timothy Virgil Frye, 30, of Harker Heights on Sept. 21 and 22, 2005, charges of delivery of methamphetamine less than 1 gram.

n Kristie Lee King, 28, of Harker Heights on an Oct. 28, 2005, charge of possession of methamphetamine more than 1 gram.

n Larus Dshawn Franklin, 26, of Temple on a Jan. 21 charge of possession of cocaine less than 1 gram (repeat offender).

n Jermaine Wilkerson, 23, of Temple on a Feb. 21 charge of possession of cocaine more than 4 grams with intent to deliver.

n Chester Herring, 25, of Temple on a Feb. 21 charge of possession of cocaine more than 4 grams with intent to deliver.

n Loyd Mason, 23, of Temple on a Feb. 21 charge of possession of cocaine more than 1 gram with intent to deliver.

n Rickey Williams Britt Jr., 22, of Killeen on a Feb. 27 charge of possession of methamphetamine more than 1 gram.

n Devin Alexander Deville, 23, of Killeen on a Jan. 21 charge of possession of cocaine more than 1 gram.

n Dahlia Denisse Cuevas, 24, of Killeen on a Jan. 26 charge of possession of Ecstasy more than 4 grams with intent to deliver.

n Ferron Lydell Brown, 19, of Killeen on a Jan. 26 charge of possession of cocaine more than 4 grams.

n Lasherri Dimonique Lyles, 18, of Killeen on a Jan. 26 charge of possession of cocaine less than 1 gram.

n Andre Jammar Ash, 24, of Killeen on a Jan. 29 charge of possession of cocaine less than 1 gram (repeat offender).

n Ricky Darnell Ford Jr., 19, of Killeen on two Dec. 23, 2005, charges of burglary of a building.

n Johnny Ray Williams Jr., 52, of Killeen on a Feb. 6 charge of burglary of a habitation.

n Kenneth Wayne Beighle, 41, of Temple on an Oct. 26, 2005, charge of forgery.

n Mattie Joyce McGinnis, 37, of Temple on a March 14 charge of criminal nonsupport.
