The Texas Department of Transportation will temporarily close lanes within the U.S. Highway 190 project area Wednesday, weather permitting.

The closings will take place from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Eastbound and westbound U.S. 190 inside lanes between W.S. Young Drive and Farm-to-Market 3470 (Stan Schlueter Loop) will be closed for guardrail repair work.

Motorists can expect some congestion and delays during the temporary closings, according to TxDOT officials, who advise motorists to use caution.
