Woman injured in accident on U.S. 190 near Nolanville

NOLANVILLE — A motorist traveling eastbound on U.S. Highway 190 near Nolanville on Monday afternoon lost control of her vehicle, exiting the roadway and rolling it several times.

Nolanville Police Chief Gary Kent said one of the vehicle’s rear tires blew, causing the single occupant of the car to lose control and the vehicle to roll several times.

Kent said the driver was transported to Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center at Fort Hood with unknown injuries.

Killeen crews to start road maintenance today

City crews are set to begin preventive maintenance on several Killeen streets beginning at 8 a.m. today.
