    I don't believe it either. The seas have risen 1/2" over the past two decades there. What do they think we are - fools to believe this garbage.
    I have family and friends in The Philippines. Yes - it is a poor country but this writer is full of what comes out of the south end of a north facing horse. I doubt he has ever been there. The larger cities are very modern.

    I don't believe the above, accusing 'man-made' global warming reasons for any of the storm damage or the storm itself.
