Nuclear arsenal needs update

Duct tape helps seal the joints of old, leaky pipes that carry contaminated liquid waste at the Chemistry and Metallurgy Research building at Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, N.M. Plastic bags are wrapped around the duct tape to catch any seepage. Each joint is given a serial number used to track  the problem spots, according to the plant manager.
