Funeral services for Cheryl Fritch, 65, of Belton, will be at 2 p.m. today at Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Adams officiating. Burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery.

Mrs. Fritch died Dec. 19, 2013, in a Temple hospital. She was born Sept. 4, 1948, in Belton to Jesse Ray Smith and Alice Mae (Bennett) Smith.

She worked for many years in Michigan at a health care center. She married Duane Fritch on Aug. 19, 1978, in Arcadia, Mich. In 1994, she returned to Belton and went to work for Walmart before retirement.

Mrs. Fritch was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter, Tricia Lynn Palmer in July 2013.

Survivors include her husband, Duane Fritch of Morgan’s Point Resort; two sons, Shannon Ray Jensen and Ricky Edward Jensen, both of Michigan; two brothers, Terry Smith of Belton and Ricky Smith of Harker Heights; two sisters, Brenda Kay Kingsley of Harker Heights and Dempsey Smith of Bryan College Station; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton, which is in charge of arrangements.
