Memorial services for David Earl Rosenbrock Sr., 78, of Killeen, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. His body was cremated.

Mr. Rosenbrock died Aug. 25, 2014, in a Temple hospital. He was born Aug. 12, 1936, in Riga, Mich., to John and Desdemona Rosenbrock.

He joined the U.S. Army in 1956 and served for 20 years. He was awarded many medals during his service, including the Silver Star, Bronze Star, Good Conduct Medal with five loops, Mechanic Badge with Bar, Army Commendation Medal with two oak leaf clusters, Bronze Star Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with one silver service star and Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.

Mr. Rosenbrock also worked for Kenneth Sexton with Downtown Motor for several years, R.K. Bass Electric for five years and O’Rielly Auto Parts for two years.

He married Toni White on Oct. 8, 1997, in Killeen. 

Survivors include his wife, Toni; children, Linda, Chuck, Mike and his wife, Nancy, Sharon and her husband, Doug, Stephanie, Chris and David and his wife, Ashley; stepdaughter, Monnica Rance; brothers, Richard and his wife, Shirley, and Charles and his wife, Becky; 12 grandchildren, Matthew, Caitlin, Benjamin, JD, Kelsey, Stephen, Emily, Richard, Jacob, Evelyn, Malina and Sean.
