A Mass of Christian burial for Efrain Marin De La Cruz, of Harker Heights, will be at 10 a.m. today at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Killeen. Interment will follow at the Killeen City Cemetery.

Mr. Marin De La Cruz died June 14, 2017. He was born June 20, 1963, in Jimenez, Coahuila, Mexico, to Antonio Marin and Maria De La Cruz.

Mr. Marin De La Cruz worked for Belton Independent School District for many years until he was unable to continue due to poor health.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Maria Campos.

Survivors include his beloved wife, Gloria Marin; cherished children, Efrain Marin Garcia of Farmington, N.M., Julian Marin Garcia of Harker Heights and Magaly Garcia of Harker Heights; precious grandchildren, Carlos, Audrianna, Misael and Alan; brothers, Emilio Carstillo of Victoria, Mexico, Gumaro Marin of Eagle Pass and Reynaldo Marin of Harker Heights; sisters, Grasiela Gonzalez of Eagle Pass, Ernestine Constancio of Harker Heights and Angelina Martinez of Belton; and many other family and friends.

Visitation was from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday with a rosary at 6 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home in Harker Heights.
