Jack H. Raudy

Services for Jack H. Raudy, 77, of Temple, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery. A private celebration of life is to follow.

Mr. Raudy died at his home in Temple, with family at his side. He was born in Portland, Ore., on June 12, 1940.

He met Grace Crozat during their years at Wilson High School and they were married March 31, 1960. Their love has endured nearly 60 years.

He entered the U.S. Army as a private, followed by a direct commission, and retired as a lieutenant colonel after faithfully serving over 24 years.

Mr. Raudy is survived by his loving wife, Grace; son, Daniel and wife Heidi; son, John H. and wife Nina; daughter, Laurie and husband Troy; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and brother, Jim Raudy and wife Sally.
