Graveside services for Johnnie Gladeen Pryor, 91, of Harker Heights, formerly of Kerens, will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Hamilton-Beeman Cemetery in Corsicana.

Mrs. Pryor died Oct. 11, 2013, in a Harker Heights assisted living home. She was born Aug. 28, 1922, in Angus, Navarro County, to Rube and Maddie Collins. She lived there until graduating from Crossroads High School.

She married her childhood sweetheart, Roy Temple Pryor on June 10, 1946, spending time all over the world through the Air Force.

She was active in the Air Force Officer’s Wives Club, volunteered with community and church activities and was a dedicated homemaker.

Mrs. Pryor was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years; her parents; her brothers, Floyd “Peewee” Collins and Eddie “Corky” Collins; and her only son-in-law, William G. Bost.

Survivors include her only child, Cathy Marie Bost; and her two grandchildren, Andrew G. Bost of Louisville, Ky., and Amy A. Bost of Killeen.

Visitation is from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Paschal Funeral Home in Kerens.

Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen and Paschal Funeral Home in Kerens is in charge of arrangements.
