No services are planned for Thelma Jean Fulton Hickey, 72, of Kempner. Cremation is planned.

Mrs. Hickey died Feb. 15, 2014, at a rehabilitation center in Lampasas. She was born June 22, 1941, in Valley Falls, Kan., to Henry T. Fulton and Julia Moore Fulton.

She was a member of the Kempner Oak Hill Baptist Church. She married Perry L. Hickey on Oct. 19, 1972, in Topeka, Kan.

Mrs. Hickey was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Robert, George, James and Leroy Fulton; and three sisters, Bessie, Irene and Geraldine.

Survivors include her husband, Perry L. Hickey; two sisters; Ms. Stella M. Bean of Topeka, Kan., and Ms. Katherine Lothridge of Fairfield, Calif.; two special nieces, Ms. Perri L. Bean of Dallas and Mrs. Felicia Hackey of Topeka, Kan., and two special nephews, Mark Steen of San Antonio and Albert Grace of Topeka, Kan.; and a host of other nieces, nephews and many many friends.
