Memorial services for William “Bill” Citrano, 72, will be at 1 p.m. today at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2204 Sunny Lane in Killeen.
Mr. Citrano died July 25, 2013, at his home in Killeen with his family by his side. He was born Aug. 16, 1940, in Germany.
At the age of 8, he migrated to the U.S., where he traveled with his military family to different assignments and finally settled in Killeen. He graduated from Killeen High School in 1959.
Mr. Citrano went into the National Guard after graduation and upon discharge, began his career in the automobile business. He started as a porter for B & K Pontiac and then as a service manager for Connell Chevrolet. He spent the last 50 years enjoying the wholesale car business.

Survivors include his “bride” of 10 years, Muriel; two daughters, Gina Krause of Florence and Angela Citrano of Georgetown; two brothers, Michael Citrano of Wellington, Fla., and Manfred Sporinger of Hanover, Germany; four grandchildren, Nora, April, Amber and Joshua; three great-grandchildren, Samuel, Reagan and Colton; and his blended children, Laura, Julie, Sal, Rich and Mike and their children.
