    I am for recycling but 1) do not charge me to do it and 2) provide better bins for the recyclables. The bins need to be large enough to hold the recycled trash and need covers to keep it from being blown all over the neighborhood. I would by my own bin or container as long as there is no charge to recycle.

    I would have to vote no on this question because it it not complete. If the city is going to charge a fee for the recycling than I would vote no, but if free (as it should be) I would vote yes. So my answer with out knowing everything is no.
