Another reader weighs in on Express Scripts

To the Editor:

I have been on Express Scripts about two years.

I have had no problems with them — and it sure is less expensive than a network retail pharmacy.

Once or twice I have called them to get some information and the people I have spoken with are courteous and have given me the information that I want.

I am so glad that I finally started using Express Scripts pharmacy.

Sure, it might take 10 days for it to get to your door, but you have to remember that they have other persons’ scripts to fill — and the post office often takes its own sweet time. I can’t complain about Express Scripts mail service — of course, I don’t wait till the last minute to order my refills. And they are good about getting a new medication out to me. And my doctor is very good about faxing scripts to them.
