To the Editor:

The president just made the decision to move the American Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

That resolution was passed overwhelmingly by the House and Senate well before.

For years, many presidents promised to do so, only to postpone it. Now it is a reality thanks to the POTUS decision.

Palestinians and several countries in the area have expressed concern for a perceived negative impact on the peace process.

Peace process?  Palestinians hate everyone of the Jewish faith; they despise their mere existence and deny their right to exist as an independent nation.

Peace among them is just a dream. The response from German Chancellor Merkel and British Prime Minister May is understandable due to the large number of Muslims in their countries, but again, that is the result of open borders.

Just as mostly Muslim countries will not accept Christians worshiping in their midst, Palestinians will never accept Israelis, nor their right to exist.

Some will use this issue as an excuse for rioting and burn American flags in the process, but that is a common occurrence in that part of the world.
