Why is ‘rule of law’ important in BLM case, but not in illegal immigration?

To the Editor:

The Nevada BLM fiasco involving multiple players has many U.S. politicians and all quadrants of the “Lamestream media” howling for adherence to our “rule of law” concerning a U.S. citizen,

a U.S. bureaucracy, a U.S. court decision — within the confines of our, U.S. federal government.

All concerned, are contained within the USA, you’ll note...

Where is the clamor by the same U.S. federal government, U.S. courts, and U.S. bureaucracies with lapdog politicians and “Lamestream media” in tow, for the same or greater adherence to our, U.S. “rule of law” when addressing untold millions of illegal alien invaders from who knows where and in direct violation of the sovereignty of our U.S. Homeland, as established by the same, USA, “Rule of Law”?

From all involved, one hears only warm and fuzzy-smokescreen, “immigration reform or undocumented immigrants”— Bovine scat!

Illegal is illegal, according to “rule of law.” How do the morons in the U.S. Congress, composed of many lawyers, former judges and/or former state’s attorneys general, remain in office ... or, are even able to look themselves in the mirror, directing such gross incompetence, in direct violation of U.S. “rule of law”?

The government spent over a million dollars in effort to recover a million dollars owed to them. Then, add the price of the cattle that died while in their possession.

Clearly, it is not about the money.

I am no longer interested in whether the rancher is right or wrong. The issue now is the outrageous actions of an out of control federal government.

The writer is right in all the above he has written.
Even though I believe myself, that the fact that in the Nevada case concerning cattle owned by a private person but feeding on public land - My land, and the legal land of other citizens of the country was wrong, and the perpetrator of this illegal feeding, and the paying of the legal lease fee's, does owe me fee's required for the use of my land .

I believe that the tax paying citizens, are being expected to be taken advantage of, with the showing of so much favoritism toward people who are in the U.S illegally.

The majority of this favoritism is being shown by the people's 'supposed' representatives, who are paid by the same citizens $175,000 - $200,000 plus perks per year to represent them.

What's right is right and what's law is law.
As the writer has stated, the majority of these people he mentioned are lawyers or have been judges by trade, who know what they ask the people to accept is morally 'wrong' and also illegal by the country's laws.
The representatives are allowing the law to be broken.

Any who went to Washington telling the people they were going to look out for the people of their district, and the country, have failed on the illegal alien subject when 'some' have even defended the illegal in a public forum against the citizens of the country.

That is what they will be remembered for as a representative of the people. The fact, they were capable of turning against the people, to benefit someone and something that is illegal by the laws of the land.

No excuse for their doing so is acceptable.
