Purple Hearts find new home

In this April 3, 2013, photo, the Purple Heart awarded to Howard Donald Seibert, left, and the back of the medal awarded to Orville E. Kimball are shown as part of the collection at the National Museum of the Pacific War in Fredericksburg. Awarded nearly 70 years ago, the medals recently resurfaced and were donated to the museum.
