HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. — Mary Hardin-Baylor dropped six spots at the end of the second day of the NCAA Division III Women’s Golf Championships on Wednesday. The Lady Crusaders posted a 352 in the second set of 18 holes after shooting a 333 in the first round and is currently at 101 over par.
Olivia Robinson led UMHB with an 83 to go along with her 84 to put her at 167 through two rounds. Annie Hasselbach (81-90—171), Emily Ming (80-93—173), McKenna Ralston (88-86—174) and Cassidy Rawls (95-99—194) rounded things out for the Lady Crusaders.
After sharing the lead after the first round, Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (311-317—628) secured the lead over Williams College (311-322—633), which dropped to second. New York University (321-317—638) and Carnegie Mellon (321-318—639) were one stroke apart for third and fourth, while George Fox University (326-321—647) finished off the top five.
After today’s third round, the field will be cut to the top 15 teams and top six other individuals for the final round.
