Teachers Back

Math teachers at Palo Alto Middle School in Killeen introduce themselves and their teaching super powers Monday during their first day back to school a week before students begin the 2013-2014 school term across Killeen Independent School District. Many schools use motivational tools and team-building activities to build staff cohesion and momentum for the year.

Belton council approves land purchase for water tank

BELTON — The City Council unanimously approved spending about $126,000 from the city’s water and sewer fund to purchase about 5 acres of land for a new 1 million-gallon water storage tank.
