(NAPSI)—During the chilly months, many people like to have some warm comfort food with family and friends.
Wrangler soldiers from the 4th Sustainment Brigade, 13th Sustainment Command, joined forces with other Fort Hood units, middle school students, local volunteers, and the Killeen Food Care Center for the 24th annual Food for Families drive at the Special Events Center in Killeen on Nov. 22.
The Killeen Food Care Center received 103,000 pounds of food during last month’s annual Food for Families drive, but it’s only a fraction of the 2.3 million pounds distributed to clients this year.

HARKER HEIGHTS — Elves disguised as community volunteers gathered behind the E Center on Saturday morning to put the final touches on bicycles before “Santa” passes them out in a few weeks.
Sitting outside of Killeen High School, the Taste-N-See is a small restaurant that served mostly students during lunch.
