Crane anniversary

The Rev. James and Beulah Crane have been married for 56 years.

The Rev. James and Beulah Crane of Killeen recently celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary.

Beulah Williams and James Crane were united in marriage on Jan. 6, 1961, in St. Louis, Mo.

They have lived in the area for 37 years.

The Rev. Crane retired from the military and the post office.

Mrs. Crane is a domestic engineer and the one who holds it all together, “large and in charge.”

Their children are James Crane III of Killeen, LaVetta Boone of Atlanta, Ga., Tracey Thomas of Killeen and the late Sharon R. Ray.

They have seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

They are members of the Greater Vision Community Church in Killeen.
