Josh Bacino averaged 203 to lead a balanced attack for the Harker Heights boys bowling team as it rolled to a 14-3 victory over the Killeen Kangaroos on Tuesday at Killeen Bowlerama.

The Knights took a 6-1 lead after match play. They lost the first team game, but came back to sweep the Roos in the remaining three games and claim total pins.

Heights raised its record to 5-1 while Killeen fell to 1-5.

Hunter Wood led the scoring for Killeen.

The Lady Knights remained unbeaten in district play by shutting out the Lady Roos 17-0.

Shyanne Ciesiolka and Ashanti Fernandes led a balanced scoring attack for the Lady Knights (6-0).

Killeen fell to 1-5.

SHOEMAKER BOYS ROLL PAST COVE: The Shoemaker boys took care of business at Hallmark by defeating the Copperas Cove Bulldawgs 16-1.

TyQuan Abson led the Grey Wolves by averaging 207, and he had help from Michael McKenzie and Levin Liang.

Shoemaker (5-1) led 6-1 after match play before sweeping the team games.

Cove (2-5) was led by Gavin Stutz.

The Shoemaker girls won by walkover.
