In total, there have been 403 positive cases of the coronavirus among both students and staff within the Killeen Independent School District as of Friday.

At the elementary level, 63 students and 89 staff have tested positive. At KISD middle schools, 41 students and 27 staff have tested positive, and 86 students and 61 staff have tested positive at high schools, according to the district’s COVID-19 dashboard, https://www.killeenisd.org/dashboard.

Lastly, 36 staff have tested positive at non-campus buildings.

There were 65 active cases of the virus — 29 students and 36 staff members — in the district as of Friday, according to KISD.

KISD keeps track of the active cases, by school, on its website.

KISD students and staff will be out of school this week for the Thanksgiving holiday and will return on Nov. 30.

That is an infection rate of .013%. Nice try again mr. hunter. Always posting stories about this disease but yet what you should post is how it is not spreading rapidly like previously thought.
