There is no need for this only 0.0000460005% of the population has COVID-19. If this is a sense of urgency then why not test more people instead of taking our civil liberties and freedom away...

In response to LJGukeisen:

As much as I would like to be civil, you make it very difficult.

1.) You have ZERO IDEA how many people are infected, no one knows the exact number, only that it is much higher than what is reported because not everyone is being tested.

2. Testing more people, when we already lack tests, personal protective equipment and medical staff will only put more pressure on a collapsing infrastructure.

3. YOUR CIVIL LIBERTIES? What are you even talking about? You live in Texas, you can't even buy alcohol here when you want to. There are no sidewalks or street lights. It's a shithole. Not to mention, this is about preventing further spread of the virus. This is about preventing bodies from piling up in the streets.

This is why people need to stop watching FOX Entertainment TV and reading Trumps Tweets like he is a messiah. Ugh.

This 100%. They arent testing people, I know several people that are very sick at the moment. They have symptoms, but are told to just go home and self quarantine. Unless you've been out of state or county in the last 14 days or know you've been in contact with someone who is confirmed to have it, you get no testing and told to go home. I guess it's to prevent a panic, I firmly believe we have alot more cases but again with out them testing people we cant have a realistic idea of what we are dealing with. It must look nice on paper to say bell co has less then 20 cases. But that number is so fraud.

It's like saying I've never had an STDs test so I dont have an STD so we are all good. It's very irresponsible on their part.

We all have to just live as if everyone has tge virus, because honestly there are more people with it than without it. It is silly to watch the numbers. Stay home if you can, and no matter what remember the numbers of death might be low, but behind that number is someone's loved one. Any amount of death is to much. I pray for our nation and that God is with us all. Please stay safe for yourself and other's. Definitely agree that Fox news should not be allowed to deliver false news.
