Funeral services for retired 1st Sgt. Howard C. Cyphers will be held at 9 a.m. Monday. Burial will follow at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
Mr. Cyphers died Jan. 23, at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Temple after a long, full and well-lived life.
