To the Editor:

I have held a membership at the Killeen golf course for years. This past year the number of tournaments has limited my available time (I do work) on the course, and now they are shutting it down for green repairs.

How do I get a refund of dues for the time I cannot use?

My question is why do taxpayers have to pay for a golf course when people who want to play golf should be the ones that have to pay for it. Same with the water parks and other recreational stuff, tax payers have to pay for that mess then they have to pay again to use it. And most can't use it because the thugs have taken them over. The water for those pools and splash pad have to be expensive.
