I have attended a few HH Council meetings. Face it they are generally pretty boring affairs. Ceremony has its place, but mostly it just takes up time. Invocation, pledge of allegiance to U.S. flag, honoring Texas flag, roll call, Mayor's presentations, finally it gets down to business.
